First mandated to audit the website of the SPG-RYTZ group, we carried out a complete analysis of the existing environment taking into account the client's needs. We have identified and studied all the site's technical details and, drawing on our experience in taking over projects developed by third-party providers, we have identified its strengths and weaknesses, as well as the measures to be taken.
Then, we moved on to our second mission, the one of the Third-party Maintenance Service. By encouraging the client's active participation in the process, which is the basis of our agile project management method, we adopted the methodological framework called Scrum. It breaks the development process up into two-week sprints, each culminating in deliverables. A better relevance of the search engines results, a greater granularity of the object files data and an improved user-friendliness of the real estate map are some of their examples.
